Shop Items Questions

I bought account upgrade, user title and username customization stuffs. It's almost 24 hours and haven't gotten all yet. Do I need to do something to receive them?

The upgrade is not a shop item. Upgrades are manually reviewed and can take up to 24 hrs to appear on your account.

Shop items are instant and should be active once they're purchased, however some items require configuration, such as username glow (you have to select the color), so you have to go to your shop inventory and set them up.

I already saw the shop item ones but It's been 3 days already and still havent got the upgrade. I can't still access profile/signature customizations.

Sorry about that. I see it was processed, but maybe staff forgot to hit save. It's been added.
