We have compiled a list of users that have purchased items 30 days before the site went down for the relaunch.
Items that expired before Nov 5th were removed from the list as well as permanent items, since you still have those. Temporary items were kept which includes the following.
Green Title
Red Title
Auto-bump
Thread Highlight
Large Profile image
Large Avatar
Inbox size
The final list included about 300 members. It would be too time consuming to calculate how many credits someone should get based on the 7 days downtime, so instead we are going to give everyone on this list 800 credits which we think should more than resolve this for 95% of members.
Example: Title Green Glow - 30 days = 350 credits (11.66 credits per day)
7 lost days is 82 credits. You can see even if someone has a few items like this, 800 credits should more than cover the cost of the lost time. The extra credits were also given to make up for all the bugs this past 2 weeks.
If you believe you have purchased a LOT of items where the lose is greater than 800 credits, feel free to contact me to request a review.
