Shnaider22 Scammed my account and tried to Resell

This guy sold me an account and took it back after 2 months while i was still active on the account , hes first told me it was not him then i provided proof and i seen him selling my exact char on EPICNPC again so i asked him on skype why you would do that and resell my account clearly i can see it here and i provided him with info and then he told me it was his brother and his brothers friends a GM and they copied the char to resell so i asked for a refund or a new char i waited a week for a new char then i finnaly said i want my money back he said 12 hrs ill send it still waiting for my money back anyways just lettting everyone know this guys a scammer not only did he take the acc back to resell it was then closed and i cannot get the account back because they know it was sold to me by him his serivice is very unsafe.

and now I'll tell you how it was, whose Skype is dude? I sold you an account for a long time, and after you sold it and banned you, you wrote back the money to me. But this correspondence is not through my skype, what kind of dialogue is this? You did not make Skype and decided to blame me? This is not funny people. You also deleted all correspondence by sending me.

I was ready even to return the money that you paid me, for a long time already, it's 35 usd, but you said I supposed I owe you more, because you put the character on. And what we have is not a real dialogue and extortion of money, for a forbidden account

i also bought gold from you on the account that you got banned i was hopeing you would refund me for that also it was 35 for the acc +15+15+20 not that hard u said u can refund me 90 and i said yea ok and you didnt so i reported you simple and now you have deleted your skype lol and trying to work your way out of this

u can even see i need to resend contact now because u blocked me withought refunding and now u are mad cuz i reported you well ovbiously i am going to if u dont refund me what did u expect and you even said u took the account back why would i try to resell my acc now ur posting feedbacks for my sayying im a scammer on threads i posted months ago, now i have a negative feedback lucky im not a seller like you tho haha and i can just send money first to trusted sellers unlike you i trusted you but i guess ill have to go to a more trusted thread in the future the last thing you say is i can refund you 35+15 i go to check my paypal..... no refund hahah so im still being scammed

Now Shnaider22 you agreed to a refund you owe him a refund.


Zack he does not owe you for more then you paid, sorry. We do not force sellers to compensate for money or time on account.

I offered him 35 usd, but he refused and threatened me, just did not see that it was written from my skype, this delirium was not written by me. 35 usd he paid for the character. I understand that he also threw a report on my paypal, as he is currently frozen. Not the best solution if you want to return the money.

Thanks for the reply and removal of my feedback and yes i do not want more than i paid but he has offerd me 90 USD to compensate for the time and gold bought i thought that was cool of him and agreed to it , so i agreed to it and im still waiting for any refund , therefore i should be refunded for the price of the account and the gold bought that was on my account at the time correct? it was 35USD for the acc + 15 + 15 USD in gold 65 USD total is what i paid for the acc and gold he has gotten banned not also did i level the account from lvl 30 to 60 and fully geared it but i guess i cant make up for that time i just want my money back
and i did not make any threats all ive said to you if you do not find me a new account or refund my money i will report your acc on epicnpc and that is what i did i have given you 1 week to find a char and then i have just asked for a refund wich you said ok too and then never refunded my money im still waiting , so clearly if you wont refund me i have to file this complaint, im not just going to be scammed and do nothing i even waited for a response on the GM appeal

above he has offerd me the 90 usd i really dont see the need to add it in the Screenshot because he agrees to send 90 usd to my paypal as a refund anyways i realize i cannot get refunded more than i paid but i paid 35 usd for the acc and 15 for gold and another 15 for gold a seperate time , 65 usd total and im still waiting for it now he has re added me and changed his skype name because apparently hes pretending that its not his skype but i really have no reason to make this up over 65 SUD just really annoying that he is going around scamming everyone and reselling the accs in the plain open

changed his name? lol where I changed it? and did not see where I wrote that I will send you 90 usd. You suggested it yourself but I looked back for the character. Also you wrote a report in paypal because of which I can not do anything with my money, so that you can refund the money that you sent, I will not dispute these 35 usd.

I'm tired of arguing, paypal and so you will return everything, since my funds are frozen. I see no reason to continue this. Why write something else?
 
you removed your epic NPC tag in your sig of skype and you said you are not goign to refund me ? good i hope you get frozen on here too like your other account cuz ive waited few weeks now for you to refund me you said 12 hours and u will pay me i gave you 24 still no payment so i reported it simple man if u cant handle it not my fault you shouldent scam people and i did not report your paypal tho i think i might i said i was but as the GMs of the server know ur makeing money and all the other people who u scammed im sure one of them would of have reported your paypal but it wasnt me lol anyways man i dont know why u wouldent just refund me and its not the point of 35 USD i paid i leveld the char to 60 and got 100% mount DKP with my guild and full T1 thats worth alot more than 35 USD exactly why you tried to steal the account back cuz it was worth alot words from your post trying to resell the char before i confronted u and u removed the post offering the char back "Lots of other good items " pretty sad u let me play the char watched it and waited to take it back haha but whatever looks good u are having as much trouble as i did when i lost the acc

the case has been closed and i have not been refunded any money , Huge waste of time really anyways merry christmas have fun sacmming people on the holidays shnaider
