User ShirouS is a refund scammer, he sold me a genshin impact account as described, then 1 week later refunded the account's purchases.

Date sold. February 3rd
Day problem appeared. February 10th
I have opened a credit card dispute against ShirouS, since I paid paypal f+f, so I can't dispute there
