A guy claiming to be shengu scammed me with an anonymous emailer and eh.. Shouldn't have let it go as far but it did.
He only logged into my account and deleted my characters and was able to get on battle.net too, within 30 seconds of letting him in it..
He put parental controls on my account, and I called and had them removed. I was able to get my characters restored also. A day later, my account is locked, not really banned. I called them up and they said my account has been locked and nobody can really do anything about it. She couldn't give me a wait time or anything and said all I can do is wait to see what happens with the account.
I also never got e-mail from Blizzard that said the account was banned on either of my e-mail addresses. I switched the e-mail after he scammed me and he doesn't have the SQA. A GM in-game told me it was sent to some GMX email account. So.. they basically told me two people are trying to get ownership of the account and they can't prove who's it s. How is this possible if he doesn't my SQA?
I guess I just need to know how I can secure it so that he can no longer try to claim it.. He doesn't know my SQA so he shouldn't be able to do anything, but they even e-mailed the notification to his e-mail ! They shouldn't even have his e-mail, the account is still registered to mine!
