I recently purchased a Shaman HERE

Within 10 days of the sale, the account was recalled.

I have spoken with both kcroyal and the guy he got the account from (sellsmen2007)
and they both have stated the person sellsmen2007 got the account from decided to recall all the account he had information on.

I am currently working with both of the people mentioned here to resolve the issue,
Although I would like to make this post for an established timeline.

The Skype screenshots will include the AIM name of the guy who supposedly recalled the accounts.

That aim name is "turion667403"

When I contacted him, he claimed he got the account from a user on this site under the AIM name: "oursmithfamily05"

Story just gets longer and longer!

That's who "turion667403" claims he purchased the shaman from, and the only person capable of recalling it.

Found Turion on the forums as well HERE , his reputation for trading and recalling is horrible.

I feel he is responsible for recalling the account, although he denies it.

Hey guys, yes Sellsman, Geek, and I had a conference call about this issue today. I had just purchased a new home, and was xferring my internet service to the new address during the time this was going on (2-3 days). I was however on the forums via internet from work on graveyard shift.

I was contacted today by geek on AIM confronting me about the situation, i then confronted sellsman on skype about it. Sellsman said to me that he knew exactly what the situation was a couple days before, he had tried to contact me but i was never online (no internet). but apparently the guy "turion667403" told sellsman on aim "kiss your shaman goodbye" (apparently he didnt know sellsman traded it to me).

AS FOR COMPENSATION. the first thing i felt obligated to bring up with geek, was that I JUST paid 1500 dollars for my first house. I have all documentation to provide this proof, and can have it legally notorized. in order for me to make this purchase and still have money for groceries i sold my 5/5 wrathful warlock (posted on these forums). So the only account i have is a vanilla acc, with a level 16 warlock on it that i started raffing with a left over cdkey i had. As for money, there is none to be had for the next few paychecks. I was 100% upfront with this with geek.
-to make a long story short, sellsman and i are trying to team up on this due to my situation, for geeks compensation. we just need to know exactly what he feels entitled to and what he wants from us. and we can go from there.
 
We are indeed working towards a resolution.

I am far more interested verifying which person currently has the account and that they be punished,
Instead of bothering KC and Sells for a refund for something they did not directly recall.

I'm not saying I would not take a refund, But I'm not interested in hounding anyone about it.

You know the saying, **** rolls down hill.

I will indeed take a full set of cd keys in compensation for the shaman,
I will update this thread as needed when the time comes for the cd key deal to go down.

I would still like the mods to contact the other two people in question "turion" and "levalon" and see if they know anything, or can provide some insight.

Both royal and sellsmen claim Turion is the person at fault, that recalled the Shaman.
I think based on Turion's reputation with this issue, the claim is not too wild or unfounded.

Either way I will gladly accept cd keys, and if I get a little piece of mind in the process, good deal.
 
Alright. From what I've read, here, one of you has had contact with Turion in the form of him recalling this shaman - please post a picture of the log.

That's where it goes sour for me, Neither of these guys have any sort of chat IM archive enabled.
 
Yeah, I mean I DO have IM Archive enabled, but I have had 0 contact with either Levalon and Turion12, as I recieved the shaman via Sellsman. Unfortunately during our conference call yesterday evening, it was brought to Geeks and my attention that Sellsman didnt have archiving on. He actually turned it on under the direction of Geek.

I'm pretty confident levalon will have archives, not sure about Turion; but, regardless, if the trail needs to be dug up on where this account came from - it will happen and they will have to explain what occurred.

That would be nice,
regardless of compensation from the seller I would love to actually find out who recalled the account,
and fart in their general direction.

Yes I did receive the Shaman from Oursmithfamily05 aka Levalon. I dont know who recalled it or who the OO is nor do I care because at this point it is not my problem. Sellsmen had a druid that I also sold to him way back that he claims was recalled when its my RL friends and he never did such a thing. Sellsmen in the past has had issues with buying accounts and selling accounts that are not "safe" nothing really is these days. As far as the druid goes he spent alot of money recently on it FC/Xfers etc. etc. and must have ran into some problems at home and decided to chargeback all his expenses he did. Im not sure if this is the case with the shaman and I know that I did threaten him that I would recall the Shaman due to the fact he lied about the Druid situation and because of his doings my friends other account was locked until $133 and some change is paid because of his actions. Blizz locked any account in his name until its paid. Bottom line I DID NOT recall the Shaman nor am I the OO nor do I know who it is. You would have to talk to Levalon about that.

Another thing Id like to add is I have done many many transactions with Sellsmen and I know how he works. We have both been burned in the past. For me to recall the toon from Sellsmen would be pointless given: I am not the OO. 2: All he would have to do is call Blizz back and we play tug of war.

I just arrived home temporarily from a nice vacation.. and im possibly moving WOOT.. but.. the computer i do all business on.. is still in canada.. im leaving around noon tomorrow to return.. so i can get all info.. that i do have.. i 100% have no recalled ot touched anything.. but.. can someone pm me more info on which shaman the accnt was.. so i can do some digging.. thanks
and i had the accnt for a while.. prior to selling to turion. although i did back it up 100% to turion considering he kept it.. once it's been trade sold and traded.. i can't even try to think of who may have accnt info..but i would like to ask if it had a auth on it.. or not

The guy I got it from (kcroyal) had an auth on it, He removed it before he sold it to me.

Well I just seen the post and now going to put in my 2 cents.... Turion has no idea what he is talking about me and my home life.... Im in the military and being sent on a deployment. He seen a post that I made for a trade and asked me if I traded the Druid, and which I did not I still had the Druid... he just said yea right what ever. The next day the Druid was gone and I called blizzard and they told me a new Auth had been placed on the account and a photo of the OO was sent in.... I did not spend money for an account to get recalled and then denial from the person who recalled it blaming me.....

As far as the Shaman goes I traded KCRoyal... and after I did the charge back for the money I spent, Turion decided to speak to me over AIM all pissed off b/c the Druid was locked for good, not even an hour after I called and did a charge back..... He then went on telling me what kinda Hillbilly Fu**er I am and that I could kiss my shaman good bye... which proves he is the one who recalled it. I kept the AIMs for some time and sent them to TJP right after he said that... But they are not in my sent folder anymore but TJP should still have some access to them. I have had problems in the past with accounts being recalled with Turion, starting with the 1st account I bought from him, a different Shaman... Some how it was always my fault according to Turion, not saying I know it was him but in the case of this shaman I know it was... I also have the text messeges he sent me after. I have been around a while and this is the 1st time that I have had a problem like this... Denying that he recalled the shaman is just ridiculous and I have worked something out with Geek and KCRoyal about it... I wish he would have been online when Turion had said something about it and it would have saved alot of time... but like I said TJP if it is possible I sent u a copy of the AIMs if u could find them...

Sorry about all of this, I will be speaking to Geek and KCRoyal about this over the phone because I will be deploying to New York and will be offline for a couple weeks.

This is the reply I got from TJP, after I sent him the AIM's from Turion that very same day, for some reason there not in my sent file... I would have made a Scammer Template but I was waiting on the Account to be recalled to prove that he was going to.... Wish I wouldn't have now and that was my mistake

turion667403 is the aim of Turion12 a guy with 18 positive feedbacks. Its a shame someone so repped would throw that away for a under geared shaman. I talk with Sellsmen2007 like everyday and this isnt the 1st time he has told be about this guy being a scammer.

What I know no is the following (please correct me):

  • Turion sells a Druid and Shaman account to Sellsmen.
  • Druid is recalled from Sellsmen.
  • Sellsmen does a chargeback on the credit used to provide xfers, etc. on the Druid account.
  • Sellsmen had traded the shaman to KCRoyal06.
  • KCRoyal06 trades the shaman to Geek.
  • Turion contacts Sellsmen about the chargebacks and threatens to take back the Shaman.

Ok for 1 I don't abuse my rep. I Am personal friends with the owner of the Druid and he never did such a thing as recalling the Druid. If I need to get him involved including emails from blizz to support nothing was recalled and all that happened was it was locked due to Sellsmen charge back because he has no money. BTW Sellsmen I spent 10 years in the military and New York is not a deployment I can promise you that. When you decide to quit ****ing around and admit you ****ed up then you can talk ****. My rep speaks for itself and would have no reason to jack it up over a ****ty shaman. It's been in 3 other hands besides mine so who knows what happened but I can assure you I DID NOT RECALL. Oh and also about the hillbilly part has any of you actually heard him talk? I thought I was listening to an old episode of Hee Haw that's all. Sorry to hurt your feelings Chair Firce man.

I'm going to be honest here I personally don't give a **** what any of you think about this your opinions are pointless for all I care. I have plenty of accounts and have no interest in even dealing with this site anymore because it's full of scammers. The part I find funny is Tapiut makes this comment saying Sellsmen has told him about mr being a scanner or whatever bit Sellsmen never had a problem ever doing business with me ever. That Shaman has been in atleast 6 peoples hands and have no idea who the OO is.

What good does it to recall something you are not OO of? Explain please. And yes NY is not a deployment I'd love for you to tell that to other service men that DEPLOY to Iraq and tell them you deployed to NY.
 
If you guys wanna argue about deployment and wtf ever, do it over IM.

its called state side deployment. in my time in the Army, i did a few stateside deployments myself. and yes - it is considered a deployment. Its all a part of raising that right hand, service members get deployed overseas as well as stateside.

Back on topic. Sellsman and I already have agreed to compensate Geek. So from what I have read, what i have been told, from where the evidence leads, we are going to clean up your mess. Honestly, geek has been cool, sellsman has been cool, but Turion... not too much respect for the way you have handled this situation, and presented yourself. Everyone else in this thread has contributed.

Geek, Adam and I will provide you with a full set of WoW keys. Battlechest will come from him, Wrath from me. If you have any questions, hit me up bud. That goes for anyone that has relevancy to this thread.

1. Ok for one I did not contact Sellsmen about chargebacks. He contacted me about a Druid recall that was never recalled. It was a couple days later that I contacted him about chargebacks.
2. If you look at my thread earlier grammar police I mentioned I did this on my phone so it throws words out there.
3. All 3 accounts I have were bought recently and I'm the OO of the other so I'm not sure why that would make me a scammer.

Levalon has replied to this and is working on who he got it from. You idiots should focus on that instead of focusing on trying to make me a scammer out of this. I've been around a long time and like anyone else that has pit in that time and has made as many transactions will always run into a problem with someone making false accusations.

Turion12 and Sellsmen, please post a screenshot of when the account was recalled/locked and a screenshot of when the chargeback was. You can stop arguing which came first and we'll know what happened with the druid.

No one can make guarantees on toons and the fact that Geek still bought it after it's apparent ******* around is a mistake on his part imo. There was no ID and did not even know who the OO was.

There is a difference between him complaining about a recall and demanding his money from you and from the scenario in which you recalled it. Once it's sorted out, we will take action.

I don't believe Blizz would even give him that sort of info. OO of the Druid also has had to recover the Druid for Sellsmen on a different occasion due to him getting scammed previously. Sellsmen also told mr that when he got to NY his wife said he could buy a new toon. All that tells me is he already was selling or trading it and prolly got scammed hence the chargebacks.

Aim convo also shows I asked him about the chargeback first before he even asked about a recall. In the past he has always been upfront. The reason I asked him about the charge back to begin with is the OO's RAF account was locked so he called blizz and they told him that they locked all accounts in his name until $133 was paid back for FC/XFERS/Gametime. OO has worked a deal with blizz and got his RAF reopened but Druid remains locked.

That convo also was done over a few days not all at one time. He responded the next day after I asked him about chargebacks. And for him just to call blizz and not even ask me if I knew what was up is also a little shady.
 
In all honesty, if he had rights to the druid, he also had rights to chargeback whatever he wanted on said druid. I don't understand how the RAF plays a part in this, seeing as the recruit pays their own gametime. Turion, please explain how you knew the OO was recalling the account.

By OO recalling I meant he was ailing blizz to get it back for Sellsmen. As far as the RAF goes he still has to make an account in his name so blizz locked all accounts in his name due to the chargebacks which caused an investigation and they told him that the charges were on the Druid and after emails back and forth with blizz they unlocked the account he RAF. As far as the Druid account goes he has to send in his ID and was informed that they would restore the Druid to where it stood before the charges were made and all he would owe is $15 for the playtime. Sellsmen was also aware that OO was working on it and I also provided him with the OO aim and could have spoke with him about it but chose not to apparently.
