The main account I'm selling is just a small level 16 with only 5.5mil power but a lot of that comes from buildings, research and hero. The account currently has only 34k T3 and all T3 is researched. I am currently VIP 9 with over 15 days of VIP left. My gift level is 3 and the next gold gift will bring it up to 4. The alliance I am in has a gift level of 15. My hero is level 46 with 7.8 mil experience progress to level 47. The account has a lot of level 4 gems and a lot of purple and blue materials. The equipment I have is:

The farms are all set up the same way. All have an academy, a barracks, a hospital, a forge, gymnos, storehouse, and watchtower with the rest of the buildings villas. The rural buildings are 5 farms, 3 of other two resources and the rest of whatever the main resource is. Every building in these farms are level 5 with the exception of a couple level 6 resources.
