Hello,
Like the title says,LV 16 SH, T3 troops can be trained except Siege tower,currently the account have no troops and hero was captured and executed,so you might need new one,older hero level was 41-42,I'm the only owner of the account and will change the email linking to your own email you provide me after the Paypal Payment..

Price is very cheap $75 or for highest payer during this day,played about 55 days there and got VIP 8 then left it..
