-Level 40 hero, with the first 2 items which are given from gold packs
-Lots of RSS (packs, waiting to be ued)
It's a great 'starter' account, or just for a person who is willing to spend some money to boost the account. It can easily be boosted to top 50 power with a relatively small amount of money, and the kingdom is only 1 month old and therefore there is still a really good opportunity to join the wonder - retaining alliance.
