I saved my day by doing some safety checks before going into transaction today. I better share it with you here. I know most of you have more than basic knowledge about "internet" thing. But some are lacking too.. so this is for those new to the "internet" trading thing.
Here are some additional steps to raise your trading and transaction security :
A. Make some history checking on epicnpc "life" of the person in question. What you need to find are :
B. Use the collected informations as your references to do further searches
C. Ask help from other members in this forum, especially moderators and admin. Maybe some of you think they will be busy or they wont help you, in fact they always try to help us here. They helped me a lot when i have questions or doubts. We are helping each other to make this place a safer place for buying, selling and trading.
D. Start the day in epicnpc with a good mood, dont rush, there is always another chance to make a deal
In the end, ask yourself... "should i go with this deal or no?" use all available informations as partof your decision making.

2. Contact informations such as emails and IMs
3. If they ever had a dispute before, take a look at how it was ended
B. Use the collected informations as your references to do further searches
1. If they have more than 1 (one) email or IMs or SKype account used as contact raise your alert, not always indicates a bad thing but you better take a precaution
2. If they have a location change between their posts, take a look at the time frame and look at their post that might be pointing to why they changed their location
3. Use google to search that particular email address maybe they are linked to other sites/forum account
4. Use WHOIS to search that particular email address
