Firstly we check our contact mail frequently and you did not send any mail to us, you should check where you sent your mail. Secondly the packages shown on Takigaming for 39.99 named as half priced packs and these packs refer to 49.99 packs in-game. You are asking for the full priced packs which is named full priced packs refer to 99.99 packs in-game.
I hope you got the difference between half and full priced packages.
