After purchasing the lifetime hoping I could in some way recoup my 800 days played 20k achievement account, I would advise others to not do the same. His advice was basically non-existent. He told me to use a VPN (when I've never used one before) to make it seem like I'm logging in from a different IP and then to claim I was hacked and to tell them to check the IP as it would be different. The problem with this is of course for the last nine years I've been logging in from the same IP. I don't know how this method would ever work for anyone as they have IP history on more than just the incident in which your account caused a ban.
They responded with we've reviewed it and have come to the same conclusion, we will not be responding to any more tickets about this account. I sent him the response like he asked and now 13 days later I still haven't heard anything from him as I'm pretty sure he can't unban anything once that is said.
One thing I have noticed however, is that if you create a new account on that battle.net, you still have everything. So for those people who may be in a similar situation as me, all of your account minus gold and characters is still usable for whatever reason (it seems like that would be stripped but it's not), including mounts and pets. I was able to just take pets and make almost 300k (could definitely be more if you had spectral cub, SoO raid pets, crawling claw, etc.) selling off my 200 or so rare pets which was worth the money it costs for another game license on that account.
As for a response for you, what email did you contact me from? I NEVER just avoiding replying to people, and the ONLY reason that may have happened was during the vacation I was just on, but I had an auto response setup to inform people about that.
