do not pay this guy for unban service because clearly it didnt work for me. he's been sending letters to tera support for me but been waiting for months and no progress. also, one of the letters he sent to tera was about "world of warcraft". he doesnt give much attention to you since he has so many customers so therefore he screwed up on one of the letters he gave me to send to tera support. one of the letters was for 'world of warcraft'. i shouldve checked and told him the letter was for tera online not for world of warcraft. so he rushes things. dont pay him $20 to this guy because it will not help you get unbaned on any accounts. 20$ lifetime unban service is actually lifetime of no unban service. bad service and useless.
