Considering Square Enix customer services will not discuss someone elses account with another person I find it close to impossible to believe you have succesfully unbanned any Square Enix game account.
Data protection act and account security to keep customers information safe and from falling into the wrong hands means they will only discuss acciunt info with original account holder.
So all I can think of is that you impersonate the OO of these banned accounts which is fraud.
Genuinely interested in your methods though as I might have some business for you if you could be more specific.

What are you talking about I only write a single letter for you ? What is your email? If this happened, it is probably because you didn't email me back.

Just for info: i was sure this guys is trusted, i put even positive feedback review coz he asked nicely...but I made a mistake
I pay for Premium Lifetime Unban Service but looks like one singel letter is all he can do.
Just avoid his Services and u'll be ok.
Got 2 more users whis similar problems but i advise guys against this service
