Sells warframe plat that was obtained illegally/fraudulently and customers suffers later.

Be very careful about a seller http://www.epicnpc.com/members/396412-Equalizer-D who sells plat which he obtained illegally which was also confirmed by DE and blames the customers later when they suffer because of his action. He got the cheapest price tag for plat to attract customers. Best part is that he is still trying to sell plat like nothing ever happend.

Your negative feedback states you purchased Plat from him and then your account was banned.

1) How was the Plat delivered to you?
2) Post a screenshot of the email or notification you received stating why your account was banned.

Equalizer :D has been notified.

That shows you were caught buying in-game money. That does not prove the currency was obtained in an illegal manner.

This is a claim and unproven. It will not be considered in this dispute.



There is a risk to buying game currency. Both the buyer and seller accept this risk.

If the currency is delivered to the buyer in a safe manner, the seller is not responsible if something happens. We rule it as bad luck and the buyer takes the lose.

If the currency is delivered in an unsafe manner, it's stolen from other players or stolen by charging back payments, the seller is 100% responsible and must issue a full refund.

At this time you have only shown that you got caught buying plat.

1) How was the plan delievered to you in-game? I will ask a few other sellers to determine if the method used in your transaction was safe.
2) If it was safe, you have to reply to the Warframe support email/ticket and get more info. They have to state the plat was illegally obtained or hacked to show it was the sellers fault.

I also purchased few dota 2 acc before with the same payment i use that is paypal. Please feel free to ask few other sellers as you mentioned if my transaction was safe. You actually think it is the customers fault? why not go check the sellers thread and see all the customers that are complaining. Seriously i don't really care about refund but i'm just warning other buyers not to buy and regret later and face perma banned like us. Other verified sellers don't get complains because no risk is involved and they don't get their customer banned. Not even one customer. This seller is relatively new. Sells plat that is too cheap and suspicious and asks for fee after charging the listed price.
 
Buying game currency is not allowed in nearly all games, it is monitored and players received punishments if caught.

There's a big difference to getting caught and receiving stolen game currency.

Perhaps the game has a new technique to monitor plat exchanges and the risk to being caught has recently increased. That is not the sellers fault.

As stated buyers accept a certain amount of risk when buying ingame currency. You have to show the seller actually did something wrong if you want a refund or get him banned.


Please explain how the plat was delivered to you and I'll check with other plat sellers.
 
Hes got a lot of complaints in his thread of this and says hes got an insider in company and other stupid things
 
I see 4 complaints, 2 of which have already given him neg feedbacks.

The feedbacks can remain, but to get a ban proof has to be showed that the plat was either stolen or delivered in an unsafe manner.

Exactly. Funny thing is what he said ''i got someone from the inside". Like seriously? lol. As i said the platinum was traded in-game. From what i know any plat that was not bought from the official market including the plat a seller sells when caught it automatically becomes negative.
 
I've never played Warframe so you need to explain how the transaction took place.

Did he meet you face-to-face in-game and make a direct trade?
Did he buy one of your items in an auction house?
Is there a guild bank that you took the plat from?
Was it sent through mail in-game?
Did he give you a plat code and you redeemed the code for plat?
 
In order to trade a player must enter his clan dojo, you need a dojo in order to trade. He invited me to his dojo. Other sellers have like limited amount of plat sold everyday mostly they sell around 4k plat in a day because after all they even have to purchase from the legitimate source, verified sellers sells 500 plat for 3$+, if this seller here had purchased from legal source and sells 500 plat for 2$ that won't earn him anything. He sells around 20k+plat daily now that is too much and suspicious and price is too cheap.

They tracked his acc because of this. Take a look at his thread, the amount of plat he sells daily and compare it with other sellers. You will see the difference.
 
Happy to help. And also he hasn't replied anything on this dispute, no sign of him coming online. He very well knew it was his fault that is the reason. People like this are disgusting.
