Russian: IS-4, IS-7, IS-8, T-54 (T54 has 18400XP), (all are elite) object212 has 220kXP (needs 100k more till last arty), Object704 researched but sold (you can buy it anytime).
USA: M46-Patton (needs some research), M103 researched and needs around 40k XP till T110 (don't have it in garage but you can buy it), Pershing is elite, T20 is elite.
German: E50 is elite and has 46511XP, Jagtiger is elite and has 31602XP, E100 is elite.
French: AMX12t.
2 Premium tanks: T34 and Type59 (both are valued 80EUR or 100$) great for credit collecting.
