The keep is on the very edge of vesper with a beach about one and a half screens in front of it. One step behind the house and you are in the guard zone. I will sell the keep for 50mil obo, or will accept $200 paypal for it. I will also consider some trades for it like Armor of Fortune as a 15mil value and 3rd year ethies as 800k value trades.
Condition: I am moving into a new house on 8/26 but I want to still play UO up until close to that time and then I am going to quit for a while. So I would like to keep the keep for a couple more weeks.
