Selling Steam account (88 games, 1.5k hours CS:GO Global Elite rank, 7 years of service)

I'm willing to sell my main Steam account as I'm no longer finding time to play video games and I'm also in a need for some money so I could fix my broken screen on the phone. I know that I'm not trustworthy since I just made this account, and that's exactly why I don't have anything against using some sort of a middle man. I'll be happy to listen to any proposal or recommendation you have.
What's good about this Steam account is that it has:
-88 games
-Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, The Global Elite rank, 1500 hours on it, 5 Year coin + 2015 Service medal
-VAC/Trade free account
-7 year old account
As I have nothing to hide (And I hope that it's not against the rules), I'm going to link my Steam account that I'm selling.
Steamdb is calculating that this account is worth $267 ($198 with sales), meanwhile, I'm looking for $110.
As of payment, I'm looking for PayPal (Email) payment.
I hope that we can get to quick and painless arangement, as I would really like to sell my Steam account and fix my phone.
