This is a scam you will not be able to claim the skins and add them to your steam account The seller may or may not know this but just so everyone is aware you will not be able to claim them Facepunch will only let you claim and add them to your inventory within 90 days of getting the drop and most of these drops are over 90 days old so you will not be able to claim them and add them to your steam inventory I found this out the hard way…

I haven't bought Rust yet but I claimed some drops on Twitch. Will I still be able to get the drops in my Steam account later?​

Yes, as long as you have claimed the drops you will be able to get them when you purchase Rust later (within 90 days). However, they will not automatically appear in your Steam inventory. You will need to make sure your account is linked on this page and then click the 'Check for Missing Drops' button. Please note that drops claimed more than 90 days ago will expire and not be redeemable to a Steam item.
