I bought an xbox one so I have to start over, might as well sell my ps4 account. I played probably 100+ hours to get all this stuff!!

Here is a list of what the characters have (as much as I can remember) there are more legendary weapons and armor, items, etc. but I do not have the time to list everything.
I have a third level 27 hunter that can be brought to level 32 by moving the gear from the other hunter to allow for triple raids, weeklies, nightfalls, etc. every week.
