Bump: Additional information - the screenshots only show weapons that I have paid Station Cash for (as I took pics from my DEPOT screen), which are usable across all TR characters, so any new ones you make will have them. All of the NS weapons I have are usable across ALL characters.

I have additional weapons and vehicle weapons which I used certs on, but mostly I just bought them with Station Cash. The certs and station cash you see in the screenshots are current, so you'll also get them if you buy the account.
