So I wouldn't be to change the email and use someone else Ps4 account under my account or would it have to be logged in as them

No if you buy someone’s account you can’t merge accounts. they’re two separate entities. You can change the email address everything. If you buy the PC account Link it to ps4 and the only thing that will happen is your name changes to Mimi, you get the sprays that are on the account.
Can It be linked to a playstation

It can be linked to a ps4 but u won’t get the skins you get the twitch and overwatch league things that were associated with the account

So I can't actually attached my account to use this on playstation since its on pc I'm guessing?
If I buy a playstation account would that work if I'm associated to the account or would I have to login to someone's account only.
Might aswell make my own account if that's the case lol

Okay so let me breakdown account buying and selling for you. When you buy an account you are buying the logins to the account. If you buy a PC account and link it to console you transfer the twitch and rewards they earned from overwatch league and blizzcon. However anything else like paid for skins and loot box earned rewards, sr, level won’t transfer over. If you buy a PS4 ACCOUNT. you only receive the PS4 Logins. Meaning you get the psn network amd whatever is on that. So you could get pink mercy but not the pink mercy sprays and icon that are TWITVH REWARDZ
