This is my gaming channel that I have worked on as a hobby on and off for the past 4 years. I have ALWAYS had very high viewer retention as the channel has always focused on Quality over Quantity.
Most recent 10 videos posted on the channel gained the following amount of views: 286k, 420k, 469k, 483k, 181k, 405k, 739k, 265k, 1.1m, 381k.
Over 2017, I only posted 9 videos, with a 6 month break in the middle of the year, and the channel made just under 10k for that year. There has been no videos posted on the channel for the past 9 months due to personal obligations, yet the channel has still generated over $200 a month despite having no new content posted.
The content posted to this channel has been Call of duty content, and Fortnite. Any title thats been posted on the channel has done very well in views.
The channel is Monetized and Verified.

If I were to purchase it, I would try to retain a sense of quality that has always been with the channel, and focus less on uploading and more on perfecting each video. It pays off, as you can see, and will continue to do so if carried on correctly. Regardless if the channels legacy continues, its a good platform that has hundreds of thousands of people waiting for new content.
In regards to the price, please understand that I have been offered prices ranging from 1k-19k, all at different times and stages throughout the channels life. I'm open to offers as I dont have a set figure on what the channel is worth to me, as its always been a hobby.. The figure I've attached to this thread is only for appearance sake.
