Dalaran-Algalon, a EU progressive server, currently on 3.3.5a and running ToC as it recently came out, slowly progressing from raid to raid, and experiencing wrath as it should be, you must complete nax 10 to do uld 10, then uld 10 to do ToC 10, then ToC 10 to do ICC 10, same as with 25, meaning a unique progressive experience.
