Scammed me! do NOT do business with this Pig!

This guy sold me an account for 90$. 2 days after I played on the account, purchased RP on the account and ranked the account from Gold to Plat the seller took the account back and blocked me on Discord so I can't even see his part of our conversation, only mine!
I have started a paypal dispute to get my money back and contacted my bank. I am confident I will win the dispute as I added a note to the payment with the description of what the payment was for.
He will make you believe on discord that he is honest, but do NOT trust him with your money.
Riot games has refunded the money I spent on RP on the account and I HAVE PROOF!
