The stats are basically set for defense you can upgrade the attack stat yourself if you want but in the past it was useful to have a low attack stat to gain more XP from trolls and in case something like that comes back I didn't upgrade the main stat (hardcore).
If it takes a long time to sell the account may be a little better than in the description cause I'll try to improve it a little while it is not sold.
