The account has the following premium skins : Prime Phantom, Prime Vandal, Ion Sheriff, Ion Operator, Recon(Butterfly) knife, Celestial Fan Knife
The account is a relatively low level (level 64.)

Absolutely Amazing Seller

The seller was extremely kind and gave me a lot of reassurance. Provided every screenshot I have asked for and friended me on his account to make sure that what I was buying is legit. Since EpicNPC does not offer PayPal for middlemen and our fee was about $20 we had to resort to primitive trading. I went first in the trade for $250 and the seller instantly asked for my email to change it to the account. Great buy and would definitely recommend him since he is very patient and understanding. I have the account in my possession and proof of the entire transaction.
