The account was boosted to master by myself, it has 33 champs, 3 rune pages and runes capable of playing all roles. It's a good account to smurf on or you can make it your main/practice against the top 600 players in NA. The account has never been banned. The price will be fairly high cause I've spent a lot of my time getting the account to master, it also has some of the newest/best skins. I will negotiate on price but not a ton.
