Artifacts:
I have to constantly combine artifacts to not fill the artifact backpack and as you might expect there are just so many artifacts in my account that are high level so I’m going to rate the quality of each character’s artifacts, if a character isn’t listed it means little to no artifacts. I made sure every stat and set is optimal for a character so my ratings are accurate. Everyone on this list has optimal 5 star artifact sets at Lvl 20 each with every single characters’ artifacts’ main stats being absolutely optimal main stat picks for DPS/ whatever meta the character fulfills (ie. Cryo damage and Attack% only on Ganyu artifacts). A 10/10 has great lucky substats on the artifacts with all substats being optimal (ie. no Defense % substat on Ganyu), a 9/10 has decent substat luck with most if not all substats being optimal as well, an 8/10 has alright substat luck with most of the substats being optimal, and anything below that is just serviceable (still optimal 5 star artifact set all Lvl 20 with no bad main artifact stats). Also I have hundreds of 5 star artifacts left over so a great set or artifact can be found or generated that I don’t even know about.
