I am selling my Large Fel Tower. (Catskills)

This is the third largest floor plan of the houses in UO.
It sits on a 16x14 plot and is close to mountains for mining. Light spawn. The worst you'll see is an ogre, and that's maybe once every three or four days. It is a couple of screens away from the Fire temple.
