Started well, ended terribly

So, I bought the modding services from this topic. Added the poster, talked on Discord, sent the money. Got the product fast. Up until then all good.
Then my account got banned in the same day as I ordered a weapon service. I contacted him, he gave me a second account as promised. Then this second account got banned got banned FOUR days after.
I contacted him again, offered some different ideas to try and bypass the dev check and that's it. He disappeared and is now just ghosting me.
I have tried to contact him several times (I MEAN IT) just to be ignored.

Basically I paid $50 for NOTHING. And since it's payment through Skrill, there is no dispute or purchase protection, like Paypal.

So my advice is, don't do it. I made my peace with my loss and am now playing on my original account with the resources the game provide you.
But I can prevent you all from losing it as well. So if you read this, DON'T DO IT. If needed please contact me here and I'll share all screenshots of our conversation. Gladly.
