If this was the truth why didn't you simply answer me numerous emails and AIM messages? It's not the truth. I have to find out through a message board, in the public that you kept my money and I have no account.
I see you banned my account on these forums (lotroguy) without reason. Probably because I posted a negative review on here and got you upset.
I'd like to review what you have said here.
1) I bought the account.
2) After getting access I put in my details of course, this is obvious.
3) After logging into the account it was not AS YOU HAD DESCRIBED IT TO BE. Therefor I no longer wanted the account.
4) You never said there was any "no refund policy" at any point when we communicated. You lied about what the account had on it so it was not worth the $250.
5) On top of this you AGREED that I should send the account details back to the "original" owner AND gave me the persons gmail email account address.
6) I said fine - I emailed the NEW login details to the owner back and also requested you to give me a refund.
See screeshots below.
7) After sending repeated emails to you days went by and I never received my $250 back. However within a few hours after my email was sent to the "original" owner the logins was changed and I no longer had the account access. You took the account back.
8) I called Paypal and told them you scammed me. They sent and email to you requesting you to return the money - but since I paid you as a "gift" the money was none refundable. The paypal rep said YOU must have the owner refund you directly and closed the case.
9) Time went by and I continued to email the "original" owner of the account via gmail. He even gave me screenshots of his paypal proving you are the one scanning both of us.
10) You continued to ignore all my emails, AIMs and any other attemps of communication. So I was forced to post negative reviews of you here. It seems the only place you would respond, and I have heard from you in weeks is in this thread.
11) You claim that changing the credit card information is bad on an account. This is the opposite. The owner can change it anytime they want. As long as you have the login - which I sent BACK TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER AND HE IMMEDIATELY CHANGED THE PASSWORD. I had NO plans to try to reclaim the account. I WANTED MY MONEY BACK. You're quick to offer screenshots of my information to the public - however I have repeatedly requested screenshots of your Paypal PROVING that Paypal kept the $250 that "disappeared" from your account. You have not responded. Yet your friend. the original account owner gladly gave me Paypal screenshots.
You have been caught red handed scamming someone and now you're trying to place the blame on me. I don't care if I don't have any forum rep. I'm an honest guy and I've offered numerous times, through email, aim and even here to speak with you on the phone or to get ANY type of response back from you but you DENY it.
Furthermore here are screenshots of PROOF I paid you and never received a refund. Including gmail emails returning the account login details.

After talking with Sarah, she says the funds are listed as "temporary hold" on her acct. The money has been taken from her acct, but that's all it says. Did you file a claim on the money? You can check with paypal about the claim number. Is someone trying to get your money? Let me know.

I did not receive any payment back. I am out $250 and a lotro account now..
Please either refund my money or provide the lotro account back.
Thanks

You kept the money and stole the account back.

Wait a minute. I DID not keep any money, I refunded it all back to her. I have sent you proof of that. I wasn't going to refund any money except that something about the details getting mixed up and you not getting what you felt you were suppossed to. I do not have any money AT ALL for my account. If she kept the money, you need to contact paypal and tell them you did not get what you paid for and that should be between you and her. I know for a fact that I refunded the money and that paypal sent me an email on the 28th saying that the refund from my bank account was completed. So it couldn't have been completed on the
25th. Since this whole thing started, it has been screwed up. I don't like the fact that someone sent an email claiming to be from Paypal but it was filled with grammatical errors, I don't like the fact that some inconsistancies in the acount from what you were told could have easily been fixed or made up for, hell, I know she even offered you some gold to make up for it. But as it stands now, I have MY account back, I have NO money, if you did not get a refund from her, you need to take it up with her and paypal.
I DID NOT steal any money from you. I DID NOT keep any money. Take it up with her and paypal. I am not giving any account to anyone until I get paid for it.

I did try to take it up with her. She screwed me and didn't give a refund. However I'm not sure if she is screwing me or you are. I do think it's her because at least you're communicating with me. Please take a screenshot of the money you refunded her. That is the only way I will believe you. If that's the case she is the one that took the money then I will start posting negative reviews about her everywhere I can.
I contacted Paypal but because she specifically requested it "as a gift" you cannot dispute it. I cannot get the money back through Paypal unless she sends it directly to me. I never sent you any fake emails from Paypal. If their staff or someone else did that's their business. I don't even know your Paypal address. I contacted Paypal about her taking my money but they can't do anything. If you received some fake paypal emails report it, I think they have an abuse address- try to google it.
So now I'm out an account and I'm out my money too.
The account was not what was promised, far from it. The gold would have not made up for it. Why I went through her instead of you directly makes me wonder about the both of you...
What contact details of hers do you have? Obviously IM is not working to get her attention neither is her Paypal email address.

Refund my money immediately. Ted has explained that you are the only one who has the money.
Send me my money back now.
What is your phone number?
Refund my money in 24 hours or I'm calling the police and reporting fraud against you.
This is your last chance.

Steve,
I received 162.50 from her on 12-21, refunded it, they took the funds from my bank acct which was finalized on 12-28. According to her, someone filed a dispute on the 21st for the funds, paypal took them back out of her acct. She challenged the dispute, but paypal told her they do not deal with virtual property, and so she could not get the money back. Did you file a dispute on the 21st? I have a copy of the email that she received before the dispute hit her acct, it is full of mispellings and does purport to come from Paypal on behalf of wavepointsales. This email was forwarded to Paypal with her challenge to the dispute. So if you didn't send it, then someone is screwing with you. According to Paypal, the person claimed that they sent the money to her address by mistake, so they took the money back. According to her, she does not have the money, according you, you don't have the money. In any case, here is the screenshots you requested. I know she charged you 250.00, I got 162.50 minus Paypal fees, which as you can see I refunded.

[email protected]>,
Thanks for sending that info. Now I know where the problem lies, it's pretty obvious she is the one performing fraud.
I filled a Paypal dispute. Paypal told me that they would look into it but after their investigation they could not reverse the payment and she got to keep the money because it was sent as a "gift". I never sent any false or fake type emails. I believe Paypal said they would email her asking her to refund the money, they also instructed me to do the same. I followed up with Paypal a few weeks after the dispute was closed and they told me, she had the funds released back to her and I can't get my money back unless she sends it from her account.
She says she doesn't have the money and Paypal took it, well that's not true. I know because when I phoned Paypal they said the funds had been released back to her and there is nothing more they could do to get my money back.
They money is not in my account, I can send screenshots if you want as well.
It's pretty obvious, she is not responding to any emails I sent and has committed fraud. If she did want to work this out she would respond to my emails and AIM messages. Instead she is just keeping the money and trying to put the blame on me. If I received my money back I sure as heck would stop bugging everyone. It's not a good feeling knowing you've just been scammed out of $250 you know?
In any case I would advise against doing business with this scammer again. I've posted negative reviews about them wherever I can find their name online and will continue to do so until I get my money back.
Best of luck,
Steve
