(This is a legitimate statement so don't be surprised if we actually don't use any third party tools to cheat while completing your order!)
• We don't use exploits or abuse of normal game system mechanics. (this means exploiting as in using glitches and/or duping or things of that nature.)
• The people getting your item's or clear's will be from both the United States and Canada every time.
• All services like this are against Terms of Service in FFXI and we are not responsible for anything that happens to your account during or after we play it or merc for you.
• Refunds will only be given upon request if we have not gotten you your item or clear or piece of gear before refund is requested.
• Compensation will only be offered if what you paid for is no longer available.
