Has you send gil, then says itll take a bit to get to you then proceeds to ignore messages and not send anything.

 

Use MM with this scammer at all cost sold me lu shang for $350 on horizonxi that he didnt have and kept waiting 2 days then he said he will send gil that still he didnt farm and said if i opend a dispute with paypal he will ban my game account, i have screenshot of the whole conversation with this guy if anyone needed them just contact me
