Gear has changed a slight bit:
Helm is now The Horseman's Horrific Helm (rare drop from halloween event) - better for DPS and tanking but same ilvl as previous helm (200). However Spiked Titansteel Helm is still in bags if you change out another piece that makes you fall below hit cap.
Cloak is now Platinum Mesh Cloak, the Emblem of Valor Tank cloak - This does a bit less DPS than the cloak I have on but it does have Hit Rating and much more stamina, if you need to reach hit cap you can put this back on.

However, with the helm change, the DK is now at perfect hit cap (290) for DW UH DPS.
