Day one account with a high rating, almost full gold wheel, All Storm Showdown stages are done, and all EX character missions are finished such as Enel, Perona, Kiji, Ray, Luffy, Sengoku, Marco, Akainu, and Magellan except for nami and robin who still has stage 5 open

I'm not even going to consider offers that sound ridiculous so if you honestly say to yourself that this is all you have, then it's wise not to send an offer since you need a lot of room and money to move around with if you want to buy this account.
Only doing PayPal or TradeGuardian, Do not send me a check, Do not send through wire transfer, do not ask me to send first EVER (If you ask for someone to send you a TV first before paying for it, they too will look at you like you're crazy so don't try), and no other service will be accepted except for those two.
