There is no way to confirm if a seller botted or hand-farmed their currency. Either way, the risk to being banned for participating in the currency market appears to be about the same.

2K credits is only $30, but if you want to purchase from the credit shop thats entirely up to you
Also for your information not even $2K credits can get you a genius implant lol, think you might have miscalculated
Genius implants go for about 75-80mill in the market
