A middleman did not scam him, its never a friend of the other user its always the same person. He did not check to make sure the middleman was a legitimate middle man, thats his own fault. If he refuses one, run.

Don't waste your time the kid is trying to scam, only asking for $40 which is obviously insanely cheap and of course when I ask to use a MM he claims they've scammed him before and he's not willing to use one.
