A very famous dcuo character with many rare items and styles, including one of a kind items and trinkets given by the developers(Spyttle and Mepps) when my and my league were testing the hardness of the content for them.
The main character has 312 skill points, and most of the missing feats are from new dlc's so easily accessible, 245 CR, and 100 PVP CR.
