Hello decided to sell my account based on server 21. My resources are:
Diamonds: 10k +++ (not saying exact numbers to avoid any identification from possible Perblue staff) and big daily income of diamonds - daily diamond quests are active
VIP: 12 and close to 13
Power: 3m++
Arena: Challenger
Coliseum: Challenger and always easy to place in coliseum 1st or 2nd division in the end of the season (you can get in division 2 even if you dont know what you are doing just because my upgraded heroes are really strong/meta, for division 1 you must learn how to match your opponent's teams)
Guild: Can join any top guild you want - account better than half of the first guild's members
Roster: Up to date. Not bullshit heroes here, only the best in the meta to stay competitive with many red skills unlocked and many red chips farmed- like mulan, powerline, evil queen, lishang, davy jones. The newest coliseum exclusive hero Jumba already at 3 stars. Finishing epic city watch easily. More than 10 Red rank heroes, most of them at 6stars with many more chips to invest in their red skills - very nicely upgraded mods.
Contests and resources: Always enough resources to get 1% in any contest. Huge amount of coins in certain shops, existing resources will get you to lvl140 immediately if you want, when the new lvl cap update hits.

Price: 180 euros - Spent around 500 or more on it and i guarantee you my resource management was amazing. Players that spent way more are way below my level/power. Don't want to brag about it, im just giving you my account info and personal opinion - you'd need to spend way more than 500$ to reach my account if you started from zero.
