It is a lv9 in arena 8 with all cards up to arena 8 except 6 legendaries
my account has a sparky a log and a inferno dragon. My card levels are
commons: lv8 with some lv9 but all commons have upgrade available to lv9
rares: lv6 almost lv7 giant
epics: lv3
for 20$
Linked on Android and iOS also interested in trading it for a max th9 account
Free lv7 with a ice wizard and a inferno dragon in arena 7 with almost lv6 rares

 

You mean the lv7 ? For me it's better to sell them for 20$ as a combo
