Frustrated

Well, my 1st transaction was smooth on XBox, but not so on PSN. Purchased an item but received a wrong one. Sent it back to them (via menu social in-game mail) and never heard anything from them.Then 12 hours later, nothin. Contacted the "support agent" and just gave me the run-around. They've indicated that I never sent the item back. Also, informed me that they had made an error about what was advertised on their website and that I need to pick something else. What!? Why is that error not corrected still? I had made numerous transaction on this site, and this one, by far, well, the only one that's kinda irritated. My lost. Nothing to worry about, just a heads-up on any future transaction.
