selling an account w/authenticator?

do you think its possible to sell an account that i put an authenticator on but am not the OO

i bought through a reputable seller here and to keep it extra safe i put the authenticator on it but i cant get it off

so i guess id have to mail the auth to the buyer but imo i dont think anyone would buy it period even tho its a pre uldar BiS warrior betrayer etc for 200-250

just wondering what people think about mailing an authenticator and if its possible to sell

thats something you'd have to take up with the buyer. there would be somewhat of a trust issue there of course because of the fact it has to come into the mail.

i personally wouldn't bother buying an account linked to an authenticator because it would complicated the buying process and i dunno if I'd want to go through all that in the end.

Its most certainly possible, but it all depends on the buyers feeling of comfort with the trade, if you both are very trustworthy then i dont see a problem, but if one or both of you are a little uneasy about the other i recommend moving on and finding someone that trusts you as much as you trust them, More or less, you can trade it, but it would be most appropriate to allow the buyer to pay a percentage before they recieve the authenticator and then the rest after they verify that it works.

If you added the authenticator (and know the serial number for it) you can easily remove it from the account. If it doesn't work online call blizzard and they'll just ask for the serial number to remove it.

While it's possible to sell it with the authenticator, it will make it much more difficult for you to sell the account.
