was playing today and got it upto 26,041,911 gil now. so lowest i would go would be $725 tho, alot of work put into character and into getting that gil. so thats roughly $27.88 a mil and pimped out character.

p.s on the registration codes i have 5 cases cuz i ruined a few of the cd's so best to buy the game, and just put the character on that, but i can check them and try to find out which ones the correct ones, then again u would still have to buy your own ffxi cd, so not sure how much that would help.
