Selling a steam account - Question

Has anyone ever had a steam account they bought suspended right after they did it? ( By steam, not the seller )

I've had one of my steam account suspended recently not sure why but i do sell account's might be because of that

No, I was just making sure that if I did sell one it wouldn't get suspended.

First you must be sure that account is not stolen and is not violated any rule that may lead to suspension..
Also, See this paragraph of Section 1 of the Steam Subscriber Agreement, which everyone who has a Steam account had to sign:

You may not sell or charge others for the right to use your Account, or otherwise transfer your Account, nor may you sell, charge others for the right to use, or transfer any Subscriptions other than if and as expressly permitted by this Agreement (including any Subscription Terms or Rules of Use).
