2. discuss price,
3. i'll withdraw items that equal the amount of credits you're purchasing,
4. link me to your steam account,
5. i'll have you add/pm me on epicnpc so i can verify that it's really you
6. i'll have you add me on the steam account that you link me to verify that it's really you
7. i'll chat with you on steam to verify that it's really you,
8. i'll trade all of the items to your steam account with a trade message,
9. you send me the payment through friends & family on paypal (i'm 100% verified and all that jazz)
