No, I mean are.
They used to be in separate battlegrounds, XP off would be in a certain one, and XP on ( capped ) would be in another, now they're both in the same one.

Your argument is invalid, and you've failed at correcting me.

Just came by this thread, and of course there's going to be some idiot who thinks being capped matters.
Since 4.0 capped / non-capped are in the same BG, so it doesn't matter at all.
