Platinum 5 account with 50-60 champions and 20 skins
Platinum 4 account with 50-60 champions and 10 skins
Platinum 3 account with 17 champions and 0 skins (Plat1/Diamond 5 MMR)
Platinum 1 account with 25 champions and few skins
