1. What kind of cape?
2. Could we use a middleman?
3. How much would you want it for minimum?

Here's an offer based on some circumstances

If we use a middleman and its just a migration cape, I could pay 70-80$
If we use a middleman and its a minecon cape, I would pay from 300$+ (any minecon cape!)
