Which means, unlike some other KR accounts registered with unknown number being sold, my accounts are perfectly safe, and i can personally help you when problem occurs.

In Korea, number of accounts that can be created with 1 citizen number is 5 max. So avoid buying random low level accounts, or 30 lvl accounts from sellers that provide many accounts. They may not know how to retrieve, or solve when problems occur.
